Overlook Coffee is a small-batch roastery and espresso cart based in Duluth, MN. Dylan and Mia have a shared appreciation for specialty coffee and the intentionality required to create a great cup. Dylan started roasting at home in 2019, giving to friends and family before working in cafes as a barista and roaster. Mia first gained experience in specialty coffee by working at small events on the cart along side Dylan, before working in the cafe setting as a barista.

The trails surrounding Duluth have always provided a sense of ease and stillness for us. Some of our favorite memories together were found from time spent on the trails and being in the moment. So take the overlook trail, have that cup of coffee (or both!), and make time for yourself.
